Where to place it, when to open it and how to keep the queue moving from the first dance to the last song.
Renting a photo booth is just the first step in spicing up your party. Placement matters most: put the booth where guests naturally pass — near the bar or the dance floor entrance — and point a sign at it from the venue door. A visible booth gets triple the visits of a hidden one.
Second, curate the props. Put out half the set at a time and refresh it after dinner; a fresh tray of hats at 9pm restarts the queue. Add one oversized piece, like our bicycle or ladder set, for the hero shots guests post first.
Third, plan the keepsakes. Leave the guestbook open beside the booth with glue sticks and pens, and ask your attendant to remind groups to stick one strip in. You will go home with a book full of faces instead of a box of loose prints.
